How much do we really
know?

Separate our own tests from published claims and the limits of the evidence. The counts below describe records, not performance or confidence scores.

01 / The assessment

What the evidence supports.

Capability and readiness are separate. These written findings are not a numerical rating or a physical test.

Capability

What can it actually do?

The specific maker claims and any independent observations are listed below. We have not run our own task tests on this robot.

Read the source-based assessment

Readiness

Could you use it in real life?

Intended use: Developer-configured mobile handling. Dependable everyday use has not been established by the evidence reviewed. A maker shipping claim does not establish the package received, control mode or routine task success.

A clear limit

This is a research profile based on the sources below, not a hands-on test. Maker claims remain attributed to the maker; they do not prove repeatable performance in your home or workplace.

The name alone may not tell you which hardware, software or support you get. Keep editions and optional equipment separate.

04 / Living with it

Right robot, right expectations.

What ownership could involve

A purchaser needs an integrator or developer to supply and validate the intended application. The maker offers variable compute, cameras and end effectors; establish exactly what is included before comparing offers. The advertised entry configuration does not include a gripper or hand. Ask for software version, teleoperation equipment, safety assessment, site commissioning, ongoing support and data routes. Maker states US-based support; UK availability, repair and parts arrangements are not verified. Price excludes any unverified integration, tax, freight or subscription assumptions. The technology page lists a one-year warranty, but its scope and regional handling still need checking.

Support, software and repairs

The maker states a one-year warranty and offers an extended SLA for fleets of five or more. Confirm whether the quoted machine includes hands or grippers, camera/compute option, spare packs and commissioning. Customer-swappable components do not prove stocked UK replacements or a particular repair turnaround.

Questions still open

What needs checking before you decide.

  • Maker claims of shipping and field use do not establish a specific delivered task, control mode or reliability.
  • SDK and teleoperation do not establish autonomous household capability.
  • Configuration, operating environment and support determine practical ownership.
  • Technology page describes hands or grippers as standard; the configurator’s lowest preset shows no end effector. The actual itemised offer must resolve this conflict.
