Three proposed tasks. Ten attempts at each suitable task, with the outcome, time and human help recorded. Confirm the exact robot, software and safe setup first. These tasks are not evidence that this robot can do them.

We will record the outcome, time, control mode, human help, safety stops, exact hardware and software, conditions and full video.
Proposed attempt; not run Only proceed if the exact unit supports the task and the setup is suitable. Keep remote control, scripted operation and autonomous operation separate. A completed attempt alone does not prove autonomy. What each square will show
Keep the conditions visible
Name the control mode, surface, object or prompt and every intervention. Ten attempts are an initial result, not proof of long-term reliability.

What the evidence supports.
Capability and readiness are separate. These written findings are not a numerical rating or a physical test.

What can it actually do?
The specific maker claims and any independent observations are listed below. We have not run our own task tests on this robot.
Read the source-based assessmentReadiness
Could you use it in real life?
Intended use: Humanoid development on the selected edition. Dependable everyday use has not been established by the evidence reviewed. EDU access and unfinished sample functions must be explicit. A selling price is not evidence of a delivered household skill.
Read the source-based assessmentThis is a research profile based on the sources below, not a hands-on test. Maker claims remain attributed to the maker; they do not prove repeatable performance in your home or workplace.
02 / Can it actually do it?
The claims, with their context.
The wording below keeps each source’s limits. A demonstration, a maker’s claim and a repeatable real-world result are different things.
Unitree’s table marks secondary development YES for H2 EDU and shows a slash for standard H2. It lists hand and high-power computing choices for EDU; slash meaning, actual entitlements and delivered equipment need confirmation.
Source 2Unitree lists a handheld controller and approximately three hours battery life for each edition; workload and actual control mode are unspecified.
Source 2Unitree lists 8 months warranty for H2 and 12 months for EDU, subject to separate terms. Some sample functions remain in development and testing.
Source 2Unitree describes H2-D and H2-A as separate dual-arm product lines with fixed or mobile configurations; this is not evidence for the bipedal H2.

Meet Unitree H2
This record concerns Unitree H2 and H2 EDU, the 31-joint bipedal product on the H2 parameter page. EDU is an edition, not evidence of a separate generation. H2 Plus and H2-D/H2-A are separately named products and their specifications, features and fitment must not be transferred to H2. Revision and delivered software version are unknown.

04 / Living with it
Right robot, right expectations.
What ownership could involve
A 70 kg powered humanoid needs a suitable controlled space and trained supervision. Establish edition, hand and compute configuration, delivered capabilities, controller, emergency stop, transport and setup, battery handling, maintenance, SDK entitlements, network and data processing, update and UK support terms before purchase. Unitree asks users to maintain sufficient distance from people; no safe distance is quantified in the retained page. Rated arm load and peak load are different limits; obtain payload-versus-reach and duration guidance for the actual hand and task.
Support, software and repairs
Unitree lists eight-month standard or twelve-month EDU warranty. Development access and optional hands/accelerators belong to the appropriate EDU configuration. The headline 180 cm is rounded; the table says 182 cm. Confirm SDK, maintenance, spares and actual supplied capabilities; some demonstrations are still under development.
Questions still open
What needs checking before you decide.
- Sample functions on Unitree’s page may be unfinished; no specific customer-ready household task is established.
- No footage directly reviewed; control mode and reliability remain unknown.
- The US dollar advertised price excludes tax and shipping; UK delivery, customs and warranty support are unverified.
- No inference of H2 Plus or H2-D capability or part compatibility.
