Before recommending a purchase, check the app’s account-sharing controls, recording destinations, recurring AI costs and what works during an internet interruption. Test household thresholds and floor transitions rather than assuming a camera robot can move between every room.
Support, software and repairs
Enabot provides the user manual and tutorials for setup, privacy sharing, firmware updates and cleaning. Wheels/tracks can be removed with tools. Its FAQ says the app region must match the device region when used abroad; confirm this before importing. The listed support contact route is not evidence of a local repair centre.
