An organisation should first specify the job: guiding a visitor, running a conversation or carrying an item are different acceptance tests. Ask which features are included in the quoted configuration, how the map is prepared, what a human operator must do, and what the robot does when a route is obstructed. Check charging station space, network requirements, support terms, spare parts and local service. For sensitive settings, review consent, recordings, safeguarding and staff escalation. The source provides no verified price or independent task success rate. A trial at one venue cannot be assumed to transfer to another venue or configuration.
Support, software and repairs
The current page offers a demonstration and sales discussion but no fixed warranty, spare-parts lead time or complete numerical datasheet. Request the exact Miroki/Miroka generation, payload, dimensions, runtime, deployment requirements, network/data terms and service agreement. Do not assume older Mirokaï figures apply to the redesigned hardware.
