A floor robot with buttons and Bluetooth for young coders. It suits guided sequences; check pack contents.
Recorded specifications, with their source limits. These are not our measurements. See all specifications and configurations
The UK TTS listing displayed a starting price of £87.99 excluding VAT on 28 October 2026, with pack selection required. This is not confirmed stock, delivery or a final single-unit price.

Three proposed tasks. Ten attempts at each suitable task, with the outcome, time and human help recorded. Confirm the exact robot, software and safe setup first. These tasks are not evidence that this robot can do them.

We will record the outcome, time, control mode, human help, safety stops, exact hardware and software, conditions and full video.
Proposed attempt; not run Only proceed if the exact unit supports the task and the setup is suitable. Keep remote control, scripted operation and autonomous operation separate. A completed attempt alone does not prove autonomy. What each square will show
Keep the conditions visible
Name the control mode, surface, object or prompt and every intervention. Ten attempts are an initial result, not proof of long-term reliability.

What the evidence supports.
Capability and readiness are separate. These written findings are not a numerical rating or a physical test.

What can it actually do?
The specific maker claims and any independent observations are listed below. We have not run our own task tests on this robot.
Read the source-based assessmentReadiness
Could you use it in real life?
Intended use: Physical commands and Bluetooth coding. Dependable everyday use has not been established by the evidence reviewed. Judge the transition between buttons and app, and resolve pack pricing. Software access and repeatable movement need separate checks.
Read the source-based assessmentThis is a research profile based on the sources below, not a hands-on test. Maker claims remain attributed to the maker; they do not prove repeatable performance in your home or workplace.
02 / Can it actually do it?
The claims, with their context.
The wording below keeps each source’s limits. A demonstration, a maker’s claim and a repeatable real-world result are different things.
Check the original sources
Every source keeps its original check date. Manufacturer information, research configurations and independent observations have different limits.

Specifications and configuration
The figures and features below come from the named sources. They are not independent measurements. Optional hardware and conflicting revisions are kept separate.
| Item | Documented detail | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Controls and connection | TTS describes directional buttons, Bluetooth control, recorded audio and interaction with Bee-Bot or another Blue-Bot. | Source 1 |
| Programmed movement increments | TTS says the on-body buttons enter 15 cm forward or backward moves and 90-degree turns, then Go runs the sequence. Those are intended commands, not an independent measurement of route accuracy. | Source 4 |
An omitted measurement is unknown in this review, not zero or unsupported. Check the exact hardware edition and documentation before ordering or designing around it.

Meet TTS Blue-Bot
Blue-Bot is the TTS Bluetooth floor robot, distinct from Bee-Bot and from the separate TacTile reader accessory. Exact hardware revision, legal manufacturer and selected pack are unverified; claims may vary by revision.
Further assessment notes
Setup, support and daily use
04 / Living with it
Right robot, right expectations.
What ownership could involve
Charge the rechargeable robot and prepare a clear, level floor or suitable map. Physical buttons allow a basic activity without a screen; app use needs a compatible device and Bluetooth. TTS troubleshooting says to allow Bluetooth and location permissions where requested and connect through the app. Check the precise battery, charger and pack before purchase: the listing’s free docking station applies to a six-pack, not automatically to a single robot. Confirm app support, spare batteries and regional warranty. Allow an adult to help pupils plan and debug routes.
Support, software and repairs
TTS lists replacement batteries, docking stations, spare tiles and classroom accessories. Match the battery and dock to the robot revision before replacing. Confirm current app/device compatibility, charging/runtime and warranty. Blue-Bot differs from Bee-Bot despite shared accessories; a mixed classroom pack is not an individual robot specification.
Questions still open
What needs checking before you decide.
- The UK TTS listing displayed a starting price of £87.99 excluding VAT on 28 October 2026, with pack selection required. This is not confirmed stock, delivery or a final single-unit price.
- TTS sources disagree on memory: the UK listing says up to 200 steps, while its international page says 256. Revision and conditions are unresolved; no figure is adopted.
- No independent route accuracy, classroom reliability or use assessment was reviewed.
- For a classroom comparison with indi, Botley 2.0, mTiny or Dash, check the exact equipment, software and lesson activities each includes.
