Cleaning instructions, charging access and a repair route matter for a fabric-covered device that people handle frequently. The page does not establish current battery replacement terms or regional warranty coverage. Treat any comfort benefit as an individual response until a properly described study establishes more. Do not assume Petit Qoobo’s sound or heartbeat features apply here.
