The maker describes differential drive, laser SLAM navigation, two seven-degree-of-freedom arms, a dexterous hand as standard and an optional two-finger gripper in the product table; an omnidirectional base and wrist cameras are optional. Options and counts depend on configuration.
Source 1DexForce W1 Pro
A wheeled robot with arms for developers and business projects. It offers remote-control and object-handling options, but it is not a walking humanoid or ready-made home helper.

Three proposed tasks. Ten attempts at each suitable task, with the outcome, time and human help recorded. Confirm the exact robot, software and safe setup first. These tasks are not evidence that this robot can do them.
Move one suitable object between two marked positions
Proposed task. 0 of 10 attempts run.
Repeat with a second supported object
Proposed task. 0 of 10 attempts run.
Return to the starting position and repeat the sequence
Proposed task. 0 of 10 attempts run.

We will record the outcome, time, control mode, human help, safety stops, exact hardware and software, conditions and full video.
Proposed attempt; not run Only proceed if the exact unit supports the task and the setup is suitable. Keep remote control, scripted operation and autonomous operation separate. A completed attempt alone does not prove autonomy. What each square will show
Keep the conditions visible
Name the control mode, surface, object or prompt and every intervention. Ten attempts are an initial result, not proof of long-term reliability.

Capability and readiness are separate. These written findings are not a numerical rating or a physical test.
Capability
What can it actually do?
The specific maker claims and any independent observations are listed below. We have not run our own task tests on this robot.
Read the source-based assessmentReadiness
Could you use it in real life?
Intended use: Wheeled mobile manipulation. Dependable everyday use has not been established by the evidence reviewed. Assess a wheeled platform, not bipedal walking. Teleoperation and autonomous handling need separate task evidence.
Read the source-based assessmentThis is a research profile based on the sources below, not a hands-on test. Maker claims remain attributed to the maker; they do not prove repeatable performance in your home or workplace.
02 / Can it actually do it?
The claims, with their context.
The wording below keeps each source’s limits. A demonstration, a maker’s claim and a repeatable real-world result are different things.
The V0.3.2 manual lists teleoperation, secondary development and a dual-PC architecture. These are platform features, not evidence that a particular autonomous task is supplied or succeeds without intervention.
Source 2The product page presents coffee preparation, data collection, care, commercial service and industrial use as application scenarios. Their appearance on the page does not establish a deployed, tested or supplied function.

Specifications and configuration
Figures below retain their source and configuration limits. Manufacturer specifications are not independent performance results.
V0.3.2 English manual: 682 × 550 × 1636 mm, 107 kg with variation across versions, 34 degrees of freedom, rated straight-line speed 0.75 m/s and recommended 0.4–0.75 m/s; ≥8 hours in stationary operation. These are manufacturer specifications for that document, not verified performance.
Source 2Chinese V0.4.5 manual: 120 kg with variation across versions; recommends 0.75 m/s working speed. Its 120 kg differs from the English V0.3.2's 107 kg. No physical revision equivalence is established.
Source 3Chinese product page: rated straight-line speed 1.2 m/s and maximum 1.5 m/s, versus the English V0.3.2 manual's 0.75 m/s rated speed. Do not merge these values or infer a change in hardware from the discrepancy.
Source 1V0.3.2 manual lists 5 kg rated payload per arm and ±2 mm repeatability in parking mode excluding the end effector. See the separately cited product-page specification for its different maximum and repeatability.
Source 2The product page lists 10 kg maximum per arm and ±0.5 mm repeatability excluding the hand. Rated and maximum payload differ; the repeatability discrepancy and its conditions need clarification.
Source 1W1 Pro table: 682 × 550 × 1,636 mm. Do not use the adjacent W1 Core column.
Manufacturer source34 with the differential-drive configuration; the page describes 40 for the omnidirectional configuration.
Manufacturer sourceSeven degrees of freedom per arm; stated maximum single-arm load 10 kg; quoted repeat positioning accuracy ±0.5 mm excludes the hand.
Manufacturer sourceDifferential drive standard, omnidirectional option; nominal straight-line speed 1.2 m/s and maximum 1.5 m/s.
Manufacturer sourceW1 Pro table lists 40 Ah and at least eight hours; operating duty cycle is not specified there.
Manufacturer sourceDual-PC architecture, at least 300 TOPS, and 1 kHz motion control are listed for W1 Pro.

The exact model
Meet DexForce W1 Pro
DexForce Technology Co., Ltd. calls the model W1 Pro; its English homepage labels W1 Pro Gen 2. The Chinese product page distinguishes the mobile full-body W1 Pro from stationary W1 Core. Do not assume that each manual revision maps to a specific physical generation or that all W1 Pro units share one configuration.

04 / Living with it
Right robot, right expectations.
What ownership could involve
Obtain the exact hardware and software revision, base, hands, cameras, battery, charger and teleoperation equipment in a written offer. The V0.3.2 manual's battery life is for stationary operation, not a mobile work shift. Check floor, slope, passage and charging requirements against the intended site; its appendix limits steps to 10 mm and gaps to 30 mm under stated conditions. Ask for setup, mapping, operator training, safety assessment, maintenance, spares and UK support. Confirm network dependencies, camera data handling, remote access and software licences. No public price or UK availability has been verified.
Support, software and repairs
DexForce lists secondary development and teleoperation. Manual charging cable and handheld controller are listed as standard; automatic charging dock and VR glasses are optional. Wrist cameras and base/hand choices change the configuration. Warranty duration, UK servicing and replacement-parts supply still require a written answer.
Questions still open
What needs checking before you decide.
- No footage has been reviewed and no task completion or control mode has been independently established.
- W1 Pro is a wheeled platform; do not infer bipedal walking from humanoid styling.
- Document revisions and the product page disagree on weight, speed and arm figures; scope and measurement conditions require manufacturer clarification.
- No verified UK offer, household readiness, support terms or deployed success rate.
- The product table is source 0 and the V0.3.2 manual is source 1; maximum and rated payload are different measures.
